Having spent 10 years on the business side of hiring and building data and supply chain teams, I have experienced first hand the challenges you may be experiencing within the hiring process. Finding the right person for the right role isn’t easy. Given todays hiring environment, finding talented candidates quickly can be a challenge. Building your team is one of the most important responsibilities of your job as a manager. My experiences with Nike, Inc. as well as Gerber Childrenswear, LLC inspired the creation of Five Point. My prior management roles allow me to understand my clients’ needs from a unique and in depth perspective.
Staffing a 500,000 sq. ft. distribution center is a full time job in and of itself. Strategically utilizing talented temporary contract employees, especially during peak seasons, allowed the facility to run effectively & efficiently.
Having worked for Nike, Inc. for nearly five years and helping with countless hiring processes for roles such as inventory and data analysts, I’ve seen the impact a quality team can have on a large corporation.
